We know how annoying it can be though when something doesn’t perform as expected, so will endeavour to get your device back to you as soon as possible.
We offer:
- Battery replacement (normal and rechargeable)
- Firmware updates for many SPORTident devices
- Repair of SI-Cards
- Repair of SI-Stations and all other devices

- Quantity discounts for more than 5 of the same devices in one repair request
We will:
- Receive your devices and log them into our repair database
- Check them for problems and provide you a quote
- Change the batteries and perform any necessary repairs
- Reseal the devices (if necessary)
- Test the functionality
- Return them to you
Note: Almost all servicing and repairs are completed in our Australian based workshop however complex repairs may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service. You will be advised if this is the case as this may incur additional costs and a longer repair time.
